Music is written in measures.  There are 1,373 combined total measures in the two piano concertos being played at the English-Speaking Union’s Gala Concert Presenting:  Bach’s Piano Concerto No. 5 in F Minor, BWV 1056 and Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No.2 op. 18.
